Fulton County Board of Commissioners has tentatively approved a 12.49% property tax increase for 2025, raising the millage rate to 9.87 mills from 8.774 mills. This means an estimated tax increase of $213.72 for a home valued at $562,500 and $383.60 for a non-homestead property valued at $875,000. Public hearings are scheduled for July 9 and August 6, 2025, both in person and via Zoom.
